Some of the most beautiful places to visit for great Christmas decor are big cities in America. On a recent trip to New York City, I spent some time walking along 5th Avenue to find the sites. My first stop was Rockefeller Center to see the Christmas Tree.
Of course the hustle and bustle of the city was in full swing and Rockefeller Center was busy with families, skaters and many site-seeers. The tree was so grand and beautiful and Christmas music was playing throughout the area. It is truly magical.
Next stop was St. Patrick’s Cathedral built in the mid-1800’s in located in Midtown Manhattan.
Known for its stained-glassed windows and Gothic Revival Architecture With white marble columns and buttresses.
Next stop was, well a little shopping LOL. I walked along 5th Ave during the day and saw Saks 5th Avenue and new I had to return at night.
The windows were beautiful during the day and at night... I was blown away.
The building is covered in lights and the light and music show is just amazing! This spectacular event not to be missed.
I cannot wait to head back to the city and get some great Instagram-worthy photos!
